The 280-acre Hiranandani Palace Gardens residential township in Panvel is supposed to become one of the foremost communities in Mumbai and the country.Construction is scheduled to commence in June 2009.. Additionally, it also has an 303-acre Hiranandani Palace Gardens commercial township with buildable area of over 18 million square feet, including high-quality retail and social space and Grade A commercial space targeting the IT, IT enabled services, biotech and general commercial sectors. The combined Panvel residential and commercial site has been designated as a Special Economic Zone, which will provide tax advantages for both Hirco and occupants of the development.
Recently, on May 14th, Hirco declared its interim results which mentioned that till 31st March 2009, Sales consideration for the Panvel Residential Towship had been accepted on approximately 1,683,874 square feet at a cumulative average prices of Rs.4,314.
