Budget homes are in demand since last 12 months. Recession and after the settled dust on realty segment every developer is now trying to give budget homes, thus changing the equations in Mumbai Real estate segment. One such developer is offering probably one of the lowest cost homes at Karjat which I have seen. The project named Tanaji Malusare City developed by MRPL certainly tries to address the basic issue of low cost living. Some features which the project boasts are :
- A 2km long skywalk right from Karjat station to TMC which ferries directly into the township which can be termed as a very innovative traffic and pollution free initiative.
- Development of TMC schools, colleges and hospitals with the co-operation of Government to augment the holistic development of every family.
- Completing the face of the city will be malls , multiplexes and shopping complexes.
- A major proposed commercial development of Reliance SEZ, Navi Mumbai SEZ, International airport at Panvel, which will have huge business opportunities and a major boost to job opportunities.
- This has also lead to many unique business opportunities for commercial formats available for business men and shopkeepers.
- Good accessibility to Karjat with the development of a 4 lane state highway 38 and state highway 54.
Private bus services linking the project to industrial locations of Thane, Ambernath, Badlapur , Khopoli and Panvel has been planned as a component of the TMC project.
The only issue I find, is probably low carpet area, but that this extreme low cost scheme provides you all that you want in a small budget, I think it is not the matter of concern. Check out more info at http://www.tmcity.in
